We have two options for New Construction -

We are able to put you in touch with homes that are under construction that you are able to have completed for you or buy one that is fully completed.  Some of the builders that have new construction in our area are the same builders who can work with you for custom construction.

Or, if you prefer to select a lot or homesite and start from scratch, we have access to all of the available building lots in Moore County and development properties.

Check with us to get prepared for the construction process – you will need information such such as local planning and development ordinances, the architectural review process and availability of water and sewer to name of few of the details that are important.

We can also point you in the right direction for a sales associate, contractor or builders in our area who can give you an estimate of construction costs and time it takes to complete a project.  We can also direct you to  Green Builders who are certified in green building practices and products that can minimize the energy use of your new home.
