About Donna

A native of Essex,Massachusetts, Donna moved to the Sandhills area in 1998 while on active military duty, where she worked until retirement as Chief, Department of NSG at Womack. She holds a BS in nursing form St. Anselm College inNew Hampshireand a Masters in Nursing Administration from theUniversityofSouth Carolina. In addition to nursing, Donna is a diehard fan of the Patriots and the Red Sox!

A retired Colonel, Chapman’s 26 year army career involved seventeen moves.  She and her son, Tony, have lived from the east coast to the west coast with several points in-between, in addition to Hawaii, Germany and living a month in Australia with her Aussie army friends. She fondly recalls, that for the first ten years of her son’s life, he thought everyone celebrated Christmas Day at the hospital.

Chapman has been very active in real estate since obtaining her broker’s license in 2003, and has been a multi-million dollar producer every year. “I love the Pinehurst and Sandhills area because of the golf opportunities, the beauty of the area, the mild four seasons, the friendliness of the people, and being in close proximity to family,” said Chapman.  Her love and appreciation of the Sandhills area, in addition to her sincere desire to win the trust of her clients are a winning combination, and a genuine asset to see a real estate transaction from start to finish.
