Second Quarter Market Report:  For the Second Quarter our housing market has seen improvement and we can make some predictions on the Third Quarter based on the Pending Trends.  The end of the Second Quarter and the beginning of the Third Quarter look to be the height of our market for sales for 2009. 

We are still working with buyers in the lower price ranges and will continue to work to adjust prices for most all of the price ranges of homes – particularly those from $500,000 and up.
